Our team of contractors is ready to turn The Cottage into something extraordinary, and just needs 9 months to get it done.
Renovations Include:
New roof, new windows and doors, renovation of pool, addition of a lanai, new paint, plaster and tiles, kitchen and bathroom renovations, tennis court resurface, refresh of all woodwork, updates to exteriors.
Equestrian Facilities
The current 4-stall barn will be expanded to include 12 stalls, wash stalls, a grain room, tack room and groom's apartment. Pasture fencing will be repaired and a Grand Prix size arena will be installed with world class, all-weather footing.
Landscaping
The property is filled with beautiful mature trees. Water features will be refreshed and additional native landscaping will be added, along with perimeter plantings for enhanced privacy.
